Multilayer roofing membrane with aluminum top layer

Isoflect Roof Pro is manufactured by laminating a multilayer roofing membrane with a top layer of pure aluminum, resulting in a breathable and waterproof reflective membrane.

• In pitched roof construction, Isoflect Roof Pro is particularly suitable for roofs supported on boards. It can be installed directly over the thermal insulation or over the boards without requiring a ventilation gap, which allows the full use of the rafter height for insulation.
• Isoflect Roof Pro is a durable membrane, combining excellent water resistance with high vapor permeability and thermal reflectivity. The solar radiation in summer is partially reflected thanks to the top layer of pure aluminum, helping to maintain a pleasant climate in the attic spaces. Attention! There are similar products on the market, which do not have pure aluminum foil, but aluminized painted foil or simply a gray color, which is presented as thermal insulation or aluminized. These products do not have the ability to reflect radiant heat, nor the resistance to aging and UV, like the Isoflect Roof Pro membrane.
• Provides year-round protection against water vapor infiltration and condensation.
• It is available with integrated adhesive tape on both ends, for a proper and durable seal. The use of classic adhesive tape sealing does not guarantee resistance over time, due to the deterioration of the adhesive layer on it.
• For professionals/wooden house manufacturers, Isofelct Roof Pro can be delivered in 3 m widths.
• It is naturally resistant to mold and rot.
• Complies with EN 13859-1 standard.

STORAGE

• The rolls should be stored in a horizontal position, on a clean and flat surface, away from direct sunlight.

INSTALLATION

• Before installation, ensure that the surfaces to be covered are firmly fixed, clean and smooth.
• Isoflect Roof Pro must be mounted horizontally across the slope, directly on the board, insulation or rafters, and secured with anti-corrosive nails or flat-head staples.
• Over the membrane, battens are installed, which are fixed to the rafters. The tile battens are then mounted on the battens, leaving a space for water drainage and air ventilation.
• Isoflect Roof Pro should be laid loosely, without tension or creases.
• Overlaps should be kept to a minimum by using full-size sheets. Overlaps of at least 150 mm are recommended, depending on the roof pitch.
• Overlaps should be sealed with the integrated tapes. Remove the protective film and press by hand for a secure fit.
• It is recommended to cover Isoflect Roof Pro with roofing material without delay.
• Attention to detail is essential. Efficient water drainage and adequate air ventilation are required.
