Delivery policy
DELIVERY
Isoflect products are available both domestically and internationally, and will be delivered by express courier ( FAN Courier or DPD ).
The standard (average) delivery period is between 3-10 working days , plus shipping (24-48 hours). This can be found in the description/details section of each product.
During holidays, during periods of discounts, extreme weather phenomena, disasters, exceptional situations, the delivery time may be extended independently of us.
Delivery schedule
By courier, orders honored by the courier will be delivered from Monday to Friday between 9:00-18:00 to the address mentioned in the order. Upon request, the courier can also make deliveries on Saturdays. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. Once the product is placed in the responsibility of the courier company, Isoflect does not assume any delays that may occur along the way.
Costs
The standard shipping cost is 35 Lei + VAT/parcel. Orders with values greater than 1000 Lei + VAT benefits from free transportation.
Receiving the parcel
The recipient will receive the package upon signature. Upon receipt, it is recommended that the products be checked and refused if they do not correspond to the original order or are damaged.
