Returns
If the order needs to be canceled before delivery, please contact us at contact@isoflect.shop to review the status of the order. If it has not yet been sent for production, the request can be honored. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold the amount and continue the delivery of the products. If the order has already been delivered, please see the Returns section for more details.
Repeated return requests by the same customer are considered abuse.
We reserve the right to refuse subsequent orders from customers who do not claim their packages within a maximum of 7 days from the courier or who refuse the packages upon receipt.
