Key responsibilities
Increase market share in the assigned region
Identify and attract new clients, distributors, and strategic partners
Develop commercial relationships with IKA networks, construction companies, architects, and local developers
Actively promote the Isoflect ecosystem – a complete package of next-generation insulation solutions
Analyze the market and propose regional penetration and expansion strategies
Represent the company at professional meetings and trade events
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, construction, or architecture
Previous experience working with IKA networks is a plus
Solid knowledge of the construction materials market, especially technical insulation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
English – mandatory; other languages – a plus
Valid driving license (category B) and availability for regional travel
